Life Sport Fitness Centre

This is an aerobic room within a fitness centre in North York. Toronto Dance conducts dance classes in Salsa-Nightclub at this location.

Note: This hall has air-conditioning and free parking in the neighbourhood. You can get to this location directly from the TTC subway without going outside.

Building Location and Directions

Life Sport Fitness Centre is located in the Empress Walk Mall at 5095 Yonge St., Unit C2 (Yonge, opposite Mel Lastman Square, North York). It is one floor below ground level, at the TTC subway exit.

Directions via TTC

Go on the Yonge-University line to the North York Centre subway station. Exit the subway toward the east side of Yonge St. When you exit the subway station, you will immediately see Life Sport Fitness Centre.

Directions via Driving

Drive along Yonge St, north of Sheppard and south of Finch. See the street map above and parking directions below to find free parking.

Dance Hall

Go through the main entrance of the fitness centre. Continue straight through and you will see an aerobics room surrounded by glass. Here is a picture of the dance hall.

Parking

There is free parking in a nearby residential neighbourhood. Go along Yonge St. to Empress Ave. and drive east. Go 2 streets and turn right (south) on Kenneth Ave. Turn right (west) on Princess Ave. Find parking along that street. Please refer to the street map above.

After you park, walk toward Yonge St. and you will see the back entrance to Empress Walk Mall. Enter the mall and go one level down.
